Abbiamo pernottato una notte qui il 1 agosto...un bed and breakfast fantastico, gentilissima la proprietaria, tutte le camere sono pulite, tutte con bagno in camera, molto spaziose...la colazione ottima, la posizione buonissima per visitare il lago. Il paese, balloch, non offre molto, e' un piccolo paesino, ma a noi e' servito solo come punto d'appoggio per visitare il lago e l'abbiamo scelto per la presenza della stazione del treno. Se doveste pernottare qui vi consiglio comunque questo bed and breakfast.

Il Time Out è l'ex stazione di polizia di Balloch e si trova nel centro del paese, a due passi dal punto in cui il Leven entra nel Loch Lomond. Il B&B è molto carino, le camere sono spaziose, luminose e molto pulite, la colazione è la traditional scottish breakfast, la zona comune è molto confortevole. Cathie, la proprietaria è simpaticissima e ti mette subito a tuo agio con uno splendido sorriso. Lo consigliamo.

Nice little B&B. The owner is so helpful and gave us great recommendations on dinner and traveling to our next location. Breakfast was continental which he had an amazing number of options available. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Car park behind so off the street. Would highly recommend.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereich, Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bette sehr weich, man liegt in einer Mulde, Frühstück muss man sich selber richten mit Sachen welche im Kühlschrank sind und auf der Anrichte stehen, Butter usw. sind große Packungen welche schon angefangen waren sowie der Schnittkäse, man verbraucht die Sachen was schon vorher auf dem Tisch waren was nicht gerade appetitlich ist. Parkplatz ist gut, Lage für Glasgow zu erkunden ist ok.

This is such a cute B&B. We arrived in Balloch and stopped at the visitor center first to see if they could recommend a B&B for us, and they recommended this one which was walking distance away. What a good recommendation! This an old police station that was turned into home and then B&B.Our room was clean and comfortable. Cathie was really nice and has a wonderful personality. She also recommended a good place for dinner just up the road. Breakfast the next day was the classic stuff you get in B&Bs in Scotland. Nothing super special but tasted good. The only downside to this B&B is that it has a lingering smell of cigarette smoke from a while ago. So heads up if that is something you are you are sensitive to. Would definitely recommend this B&B and would stay there again.

We stayed for the Easter weekend after reading reviews on how lovely Time Out was. It really is the perfect place to stay. Cathie made it a ‘home from home’ from the moment we arrived being so friendly and easy to talk to. ||Our room was immaculate and had everything we could need. Breakfast was cooked by Cathie and it was delicious. ||Location is perfect, right in the middle of Balloch close to all the restaurants and pubs. Yet at night it is still peaceful and we had the front room. ||It’s possible to hire bikes close by so we could cycle along the lake. ||Fantastic weekend away - thank you Cathie x

Lovely guest house that was previously a police station. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Simon was very welcoming and cooked a really nice breakfast. He was also very informative. Located beside the marina where there are some lovely walks along the river bank. Spoilt for choice for restaurants and pubs.
