BEWARE! this location prices gouges. First you can't bring your own quarters. You need to BUY a plastic card that you can reload that cost 1$ for 1st timers.
2nd the machines are very small but instead of 2.50 they want 3.25 BUT the load size is way smaller than the regular speed queens your use to. And instead of .25 cents for 8min dry cycle they want .50 cents. Safe yourself the money and drive to Denton Hwy Laundromat right down the street

The business was clean and the machine were well taken care of. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go to the attendant instead of using the vending machines. She was a bit Griff but could have just been having a bad day. Overall it was a good experience.

Please of the women who works here is incredibly rude every time I come in. Today she tried to refuse me entry at 7:15pm, ended up allowing me in but was aggressively shaking the dryer lint dust around me which was bad enough to irritate my sinuses. Just have to hope it's not her working otherwise the place is decent

Loved the place. Super clean. Great staff. Then, without warning was basically kicked out because I had pet hair on my sheets. There was nothing on the outside of the facility saying I couldn't wash things with pet hair on it. But then it became a scene because I had pets at one point. A few hairs were on the washer windows. I even cleaned the machines with a rag and ran cycles afterward because the attendant became so irate. I left with wet clothing because I wasn't allowed to dry my things. Horrible experience. I guess if you don't shed as a person or have any pets, this is your place. Otherwise, don't go here. I'll never go back to this place.

I love this place, however their washing machines may be a saftey hazard for busy individuals looking to come in and go out. I went several times and this time I actually cut myself using their Dexter Laundry T-900 machine. Be careful how you load your laundry because of the sharp opening.

I loaded up the bicycle to get laundry done!
This place is about 3 miles away so I thought wow!
I got this!
But so much for wishful thinking, not knowing what I would encounter I just knew this would be the place!
Well I unloaded all my and my friends clothes into a machine, to find this place is stuck in some sort of time capsule, non of the machines take cash or credit cards only some card you buy like the car wash tokens, this is so dumb, this place isn't out in no man's land it's right in historic town center of Keller!!
I ask a client if they take credit cards and she directed me to the employee at the window near the bathrooms.
Then I was directed to a non working ATM which only cancels my transaction.

I've never seen anything like this laundry matt not only was or hard to find it is impossible to purchase any time on the machines.

La La laundry has a app in NRH on highway 26 and if that doesn't work they have a changer or credit card processor on top of that the employees speak Spanish but are taught to translate through they're phone!!

I just do not see the point with this B&B place please forgive me for stopping by to even try I now have no more time and have to take all our dirty clothes back and go to work with the same clothes I keep having to wear!

I say don't waist your time at B&B laundry matt you will be disappointed as I was.

I will not post what I was told about the non working ATM, the lady was older than I and I respect my elders and will give them much grace for being a employee of any establishment. I have great respect for older people in the work force and just in general.

But B&B needs to get caught up with modern times, it is not that hard, credit cards or debit card fees are just the cost of doing business.

This makes it appear this place is a novelty not a laundry matt, when I have to leave with all my clothes dirty from this convenient location without being able to purchase any services from this place as I do not carry cash most of the time.

And certainly seeing other places I have mentioned have apps and other ways to make sure you can purchase services from them.

What a huge inconvenience I experienced discovering this B&B place.

Pulled up in our dog rescue van. And was met at the door by attendant who informed me I couldn’t do “animal laundry “ here. I explained we were just in our work van and she said “none of your clothes better have animal hair on it” I got in my van and left

Save your quarters! This laundromat takes cash in $1, $5, $10, or $20 bills which is loaded onto a reusable card. The machines are fairly easy, and instructions are posted. Highly recommend if your machines break and you need a place fast, clean and easy.
